Humuhumu is a designer and programmer based out of Los Angeles and San Francisco. She travels a lot, mainly to visit friends and tiki bars (often at the same time). She is the creator of several websites dedicated to Polynesian Pop, and is a moderator at Tiki Central.

After a great day at Disneyland, Hanford and I manage to make it to the Royal Hawaiian, a very old tiki bar and restaurant that sadly is closing later this year. We were very happy to have a great experience there -- we were seated at a perfect table in the main dining room, had the place totally to ourselves (which meant lots of picture-taking), and the music was old Hawaiian stuff -- absolutely perfect. So sad the place is leaving.
